A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (waived for items that arrive defective or dead on arrival). Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Peplink subscription licenses (PrimeCare, Virtual WAN, SpeedFusion) are non-refundable once activated.
