Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, Mexico, or international destinations.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on hardware orders of $250 or more. Orders under $250 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout at additional cost.

Processing time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

Cellular plan orders

Orders that include a cellular plan are placed on hold until you complete your customer account setup. After you place your order, you will receive an email within minutes with a link to set up your account and add a payment method for the recurring portion of your plan. Your SIM and any hardware in the order will ship once account setup is complete.

If you do not complete account setup, we will send reminder emails on a regular cadence (day 1, day 3, day 7, etc.). Hardware will not ship until setup is complete.

Hardware-only orders

Orders that do not include a cellular plan ship without a hold, on the schedule described under Processing time above.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on the way. 

Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates the package was lost in transit, contact us within the 14-day return window at CustomerService@CrosstalkMobile.com with your order number and any photos of the damage. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
