You buy 40 SIMs in January and only six vehicles are outfitted by February. You are paying for 40 lines either way. Same story with a seasonal fleet parked for the winter, or a truck down for a long repair.

Every line is the same price every month. Your telecom budget is line count times price. Nobody has to reconcile a pool or explain a spike.

Fleet pricing starts at 10 active lines, which is the same point where you get portal access. Below that, lines run at the standard $149 a month. When you cross a tier, the new price applies to every active line, not just the ones above the threshold.

Billing starts at activation

SIMs ship in a test-ready state and cost nothing until you turn them on. Outfit vehicles on your schedule as they cycle through the shop. A SIM sitting in a drawer is not a line on your invoice. SIMs auto-activate after 60 days, so plan installs inside that window.

Pause a line for $10 a month

Seasonal fleet, vehicle down for a long repair, spare unit waiting on a driver. Drop the line to $10 instead of cancelling it and re-provisioning later.

Real IP addresses, so the things in your vehicles are actually reachable

Most cellular plans put you behind carrier-grade NAT, which means your vehicle has no address the outside world can reach. Inbound VPN fails. Camera access fails. Your remote management tools cannot see anything behind the router.

We offer a static IP for $5 per line, per month, provisioned within 24 hours, on any 5G router. No hardware restriction.

For comparison, and this is static IP pricing in both cases, not the cost of the plan itself: a Verizon 5G Business static IP runs $20 a month and up and has to be arranged through an account manager. A T-Mobile Business static IP is about $3 a month but only works on one specific Inseego gateway. Ours is $5 and works on whatever router you already run.

No usage threshold, and a better place in line

Fleet data use is going up every year, mostly because of video. Dashcam and ADAS upload is the big one, and then telematics, ELD reporting, in-cab tablets, dispatch and proof of delivery, remote diagnostics, and crew or passenger Wi-Fi on top of it.

There is no usage threshold and no overage billing. Most unlimited plans have a number in the fine print where your traffic gets pushed to the back of the line. We do not have that number, and our live customers routinely run many times the data those published thresholds would allow.

We also sit at a higher network priority than typical MVNO and reseller plans. Those are two different things and it is worth separating them. A threshold is the point where you get moved to the back of the line. Priority is where you sit in that line the rest of the time. Most resellers put you in the lowest tier, which is why a cheap SIM can feel slow at 4pm near a busy tower even if you have barely used any data.

Higher priority means your vehicles perform better in exactly the conditions where fleets need them to: rush hour, dense urban routes, event traffic, anywhere the towers are loaded. Our specific priority level is covered by our agreement with T-Mobile and we cannot publish the number, but it is above where the typical reseller sits.

Where that does not hold

During a natural disaster or a major event, the carrier prioritizes emergency traffic, and everyone on the network including us can be deprioritized while that is happening. We would rather tell you now than have you find out during a hurricane.

Everything the fleet software does, on top of the connection

Pair the SIM with a Peplink router and InControl 2 and you get real fleet management. We spec, configure, and support the whole thing.

Location and tracking

  • Live map of every vehicle with position, speed, and cellular coverage
  • Route history playback for any time period
  • Dead reckoning that estimates position from last known heading and speed through tunnels and parking structures

Geofencing

  • Virtual boundaries with triggers on entry, exit, or route deviation
  • Triggers do more than alert. They can change device settings or push a firmware update, so a vehicle can pick up a different configuration when it returns to the yard.

Coverage intelligence

  • A signal quality map showing strength, quality, and latency by location and time. This turns "it always drops near the depot" into something you can point at and fix.

Run your own lines from the portal

At 10 or more lines you get access to our management portal, so you are not emailing someone and waiting on a business day to turn a line on.

  • Activate a line the day the vehicle leaves the shop
  • Deactivate when a vehicle leaves the fleet
  • Vacation suspend a line for the off-season or a long repair
  • Refresh the line from the tower, which is the fix for most cases of a line that has quietly stopped passing traffic

That last one is worth dwelling on. The most common cellular failure we see is a line that is active and provisioned and just stuck. Normally that is a phone call to support, or worse, a technician driving out to a vehicle to pull the SIM and reseat it. From the portal it is a button, and the driver is back online while still sitting in the parking lot.

An authorized T-Mobile MVNO

We have a direct agreement with T-Mobile. That sounds like paperwork until you look at what happened to the gray market resellers.

Several of the cheap unlimited providers over the last few years were buying consumer SIMs and reprogramming them to look like something else. One of the largest got sued by a state attorney general for deceptive trade practices, settled with a permanent injunction against selling telecom without a carrier agreement, and filed Chapter 11 this April. Their customers lost service.

If you are outfitting 60 vehicles around a connectivity vendor, that is the risk that actually matters. Not five dollars a month.

What we are not

We run on T-Mobile only. No roaming to AT&T or Verizon.

For most fleets that is fine, and T-Mobile's 5G footprint is strong in a lot of places the other two are not. But if your routes run through country where T-Mobile is thin, the right answer is a dual-SIM router with a second carrier as backup, not us telling you coverage is universal.

Tell us where your vehicles actually run and we will give you a straight answer about whether we are a good fit. Sometimes the answer is no.

Start with a pilot, not the whole fleet

Nobody should convert a whole fleet on a vendor's word.

  1. Tell us about the fleet. Vehicle count, what runs in them, where they drive, what you are running now.
  2. We spec it. Router, antenna, static IP, failover. If your existing routers work, we will say so and just send SIMs.
  3. Pilot a handful of vehicles. Month to month at the standard $149 per line with no contract. A low risk way to try us out.
  4. Roll out on your schedule. Billing starts per line as each vehicle is activated, and fleet pricing kicks in at 10 active lines.

How much is it per vehicle?

Fleet pricing starts at 10 active lines: $141.55 per line at 10 to 20, $134.10 at 21 to 50, and $119.20 at 51 and up. Under 10 lines it is the standard $149 a month. Flat either way, with no overage and no pooled data.

What happens when a vehicle is out of service?

Pause the line for $10 a month instead of cancelling it.

Do I pay for SIMs before the vehicles are outfitted?

No. Billing starts when you activate each line. SIMs auto-activate after 60 days.

Can I get a static IP?

Yes, $5 per line per month, on any 5G router, usually provisioned within 24 hours.

Do I have to buy your routers?

Is it really unlimited?

How does your network priority compare?

We sit above where typical MVNO and reseller plans sit, which means better performance when towers are congested. The specific level is covered by our agreement with T-Mobile so we cannot publish it, but it is a real difference and it is one of the reasons heavy users do not run into trouble on our lines.

What network?

T-Mobile. We are an authorized MVNO with a direct carrier agreement. No roaming to other carriers.

Do you do multi-line billing?

One invoice for every active line, however many you run.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Cancel individual lines whenever you want.

What can I do myself versus what needs a phone call?

Activate, deactivate, vacation suspend, and refresh a line from the tower are all self-service in the portal. Anything involving network design, antennas, or troubleshooting is a phone call, and that is the part you are actually paying us for.

Can it feed the fleet software we already use?

Yes. Peplink routers forward GPS data to your existing server.
