Refund policy

Hardware returns

We accept returns on hardware (routers, antennas, enclosures, accessories) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Items that have been used, opened, installed, or activated are not eligible for return.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all hardware returns. This fee is waived for items that arrive defective or dead on arrival (DOA).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Cellular plan cancellations and refunds

Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund time already paid for. We do not prorate refunds for the remainder of a paid term.

Pre-activation cancellation: If you have not yet activated your SIM or used any data, contact us within 14 days of your order for a refund of the first month (monthly plans) or the annual prepayment (annual plans), less a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of provisioning and shipping the SIM, which we incur regardless of whether the SIM is activated.

Post-activation cancellation: Once the SIM has been activated or any data has been used, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

Peplink subscription licenses

Peplink subscription licenses (PrimeCare, Virtual WAN, SpeedFusion, and similar) are non-refundable once we process activation with Peplink. You acknowledge this at checkout. If something is wrong with the activation itself (wrong tier processed, etc.), contact us and we will work it out with Peplink at no additional cost to you.

How to start a return

Email CustomerService@CrosstalkMobile.com with your order number. We will reply within one business days with return instructions and a return address. Do not ship the item back before receiving authorization. Returns received without prior contact may be delayed in processing.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Once issued, the refund is returned to the original payment method and will appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, or if a hardware item is defective on arrival, contact us within the 14-day return window. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. The restocking fee is waived for items that arrive defective or dead on arrival (DOA).
