The Peplink Pepwave 5G Adapter (ADP-5GY-T-PRM) is a plug and play cellular modem designed to add high speed 5G connectivity to existing network infrastructure. It converts a 5G cellular signal into a wired WAN connection via a high throughput 2.5G Ethernet port, preventing the performance bottlenecks found in standard gigabit ports. This adapter is purpose built for enterprise routing, mobile command centers, and industrial IoT setups, providing a direct way to upgrade your network without replacing your current router. It draws power using 802.3at PoE or a standard DC input, simplifying installation by running both data and power over a single cable.
